The closest airport is Dharamshala kangra Airport which lies around 20 km from Live Free Hostel Mcleodganj. Either book n taxi or call the reception of the hostel to pre-book cab service for pick/drop
Kangra Mandir railway station which is 37 km away and Pathankot railway station which is 90 km away are two nearby stations to Live Free hostel. You can either take a bus or hire a taxi from the railway station to reach the hostel
There are a couple of nearby cities from which you can come by bus/car to Varanasi. Distance of those places from Varanasi are: Kangra (25 km), Palampur (40 Km), Bir (70 km), Pathankt (90 km), Chandigarh (247 km), Delhi (550 km). These buses will drop you at Mann Filling Petrol pump of McLeod Ganj. It’s around 3.7 km from the hostel. You can take taxi or auto from there to reach hostel.
